Leading Workplace Equity Six Years Running

Email share

For the sixth year in a row, Nine PBS has been honored as a top place for women to work by the Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis (WFSTL).

The Women in the Workplace: Employment Scorecard evaluates objective outcomes and organizational practices through a blind review process. The Scorecard highlights organizations that are demonstrating measurable outcomes while creating environments that help employees balance work, family responsibilities, professional growth, and long-term economic success.

Nine PBS was recognized by WFSTL for demonstrating excellence in four key areas of workplace gender equity: leadership, compensation, flexible work policies, and recruitment and retention.

Nine PBS is proud to have demonstrated results exceeding the scorecard's minimum of 25% women in top leadership roles, minimum of 25% women among the most highly compensated employees and having starting wages above Missouri's minimum wage and family-friendly policies that support workplace success and advancement.
