RYEC In The Community
The Regional Youth Employment Coalition (RYEC) brings over 30 partners together to support youth in the following ways:
High-Demand Skilled Career Awareness Content:

Level Up Youth Conference & Signing Day Event
The Level Up Conference and Signing Day Event convenes youth to learn about high-demand skilled careers in advanced manufacturing, construction trades, healthcare, and IT. The event featured high demand skilled career panels, student features, and resources.
Financial Literacy
As young people start their career journeys; the coalition identified strong financial decision-making as critical to economic empowerment. To address this need, the coalition created a Financial Literacy Resource. The resource features information about programs, lessons, and speakers to engage youth in learning about key components of economic growth.
Professional Development
Nine PBS’s Regional Youth Employment Coalition engages in professional development to ensure regional alignment and address needs identified by coalition members. Professional development strengthens collective impact by providing strategies to support youth in various aspects of workforce development.
Community Resources and Reports
Trusted organizations in our region create reports and resources for employers and job seekers to better understand the workforce landscape.
