Edcamp offers 2.5 clock hours through breakout sessions packed with fresh ideas, skills, and resources, a deep dive into Nine PBS’s multimedia learning tools, and free meals and giveaways!

Screening: Percy Green: Man of ACTION

As St. Louis celebrates the 60th anniversary of the Gateway Arch this fall, Nine PBS shares a story that is inseparable from the monument’s history – the activism of civil rights leader Percy Green.

Join us in Kiener Plaza as we present a free outdoor screening of Percy Green: Man of ACTION, a new documentary directed and produced by St. Louis filmmaker Joseph Puleo. The film explores Green’s decades of activism, from his daring 1964 climb up the Arch to protest racial discrimination, to his ongoing fight for justice and equality today.

American Revolution Screenings at St. Louis County Library 

You have two opportunities to join other history buffs to watch a special pre-release of the new PBS documentary "The American Revolution", a film by Ken Burns, Sarah Botstein, and David Schmidt.  Opportunity for discussion follows. Popcorn will be served!

American Revolution Screening at Missouri History Museum

You're invited for a special edition of Thursday Nights at the Museum with Nine PBS and the Missouri Historical Society. Join us for a preview of The American Revolution, a new six-part documentary by Ken Burns, Sarah Botstein, and David Schmidt that explores the nation’s founding struggle and the eight-year War for Independence. The event will feature a one-hour screening followed by a discussion on St. Louis’s diverse population during the Revolutionary era. A pre-event happy hour will include interactive genealogy lookups, history exhibits, and the exhibits will be open late for your exploration! Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Thursday Nights at the Museum is a weekly series where the museum exhibits are open late and you can enjoy pop-up activities, a cash bar, food and more.
