Four Nine PBS team members were recognized for their achievements at the 2025 Mid-America Emmy® Awards Ceremony in St. Charles, MO, in October.
- Senior Producer Anne-Marie Berger was recognized for her induction into the Emmy’s Silver Circle.
- Jim Kirchherr’s story, Living St. Louis: Celia's Pardon, won for short-form content in the diversity/equity/inclusion category.
- Multimedia Producer Mike Gualdoni won in the history category for his documentary on artist Bob Cassilly, Concrete Jungle Gym.
- Associate Multimedia Producer Carter Reeves was honored as a recipient of a 2025 Mid-America NATAS Foundation scholarship.
We were thrilled to receive thirteen nominations in 2025, more than doubling the number of awards Nine PBS was nominated for last year, which illustrates Nine PBS’s growing commitment to continue telling our community’s stories.
“At Nine PBS, we believe public broadcasting is essential to our region. Every story we tell is shaped by the voices and experiences of people who are here, and being recognized at this level affirms the importance of public media in strengthening our community, says Amy Shaw, President and CEO of Nine PBS.
