USS St. Louis
The seventh naval vessel to carry the name USS St. Louis was put into service this summer at a tradition-filled ceremony. The pandemic limited the number of attendees, but a St. Louisan was needed to make the commissioning official.

A look at the lives and works of two prominent architects who lived into their 90s and passed away this year: Dick Henmi, best known for the “flying saucer” building, and Ralph Fournier, whose 1950s homes are now considered mic-century modern classics.
